Large Solid Oak Chopping Board

Made from oak, these look great in the kitchen or on the dining table as a large serving board. These make a perfect gift to the person whos always difficult to buy for or you might decide to keep it for yourself when you see it. Oak is very hard-wearing so it is ideal for chopping boards and will last a lifetime. I made these from a single piece of oak which has a really nice look and feel. Measures 42.5 x 25 x 2.8cm approx.
 
The finish is made from a blend with a blend of carnauba wax and natural oils making it vegan. Carnauba wax is very sustainable as it is harvested from leaves without causing any damage. I use Uulki wood wax which is very affordable and easy to apply so if your board starts looking dull over time from heavy use then you can always add another coat to keep it looking fresh.
